Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with à changing room. We are committed to preparing and delivering your order with care. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
Pickup at our store:
Pickup order: Please allow 2-4 days for processing. An email will be sent when your order is ready.
Pickup times: Mon-Fri, 10:00-16:00 at 188 Moo 5, Mae Sa, Mae Rim, Chiang Mai.
Domestic Shipping:
During checkout, enter your address and select the shipping option. Click "Continue to Shipping." Domestic Shipping is available for addresses within Thailand, and charges will be displayed at checkout.
The estimated delivery within Thailand is 3-7 days. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
International Shipping:

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Business days exclude weekends, public holidays, and company closures.
During peak periods, product launches, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Please note that tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@achangingroom.com.
Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipping address.

Order Cancellation and Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order, please refer to our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically stop shipment of an order.
Orders may continue to be processed until a cancellation request has been reviewed and confirmed by our team.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Photos of the packaging

Photos of the damaged item
We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Please note that shipping carriers may require time to complete their investigation before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned to us because:

The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete
Any shipping, return shipping, customs, handling, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the package to the shipping address provided at checkout.
